We invite you to attend 1st Annual Research Forum for Central Asia organized by Nazarbayev University Career and Advising Center and NU Alumni Association, which is dedicated to the theme ‘WORKING TOGETHER FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE’
This year’s event took place in London (University College London) on the 23rd of March and will take place in Astana (Nazarbayev University) on the 6th of April. This Forum is a unique platform with its own history provides a great opportunity to discuss sustainable development from different perspectives and include foreign as well as local experts from Academia, Industry, and Business.

It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in and attend the 1st Annual Research Forum for Central Asia on April 6, 2018, at Nazarbayev University, Astana, Kazakhstan.
This Forum is the fifth in the annual series initiated by Kazakhstani students and scholars in the UK and the first Research Forum organized on the basis of UK event by NU alumni. The main goal of the annual meeting is to bring together scholars, educators, emerging researchers, Ph.D. and Master students interested and engaged in study, research and scholarly work across the various disciplines in Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries.
The main idea of this year’s event is ‘Working together toward a sustainable future’, which can be interpreted as ‘what is good for a human is sustainable’. The Forum provides a great opportunity for discussing contemporary issues, exchanging views, sharing ideas, advancement of learning and networking.
